Production Workflow

How an engagement actually runs.

Producers hire systems, not personalities. Every engagement follows a clear four-phase structure — adapted to the script, the cast, and the production's pace — so directors, legal, and talent always know what to expect next.

  1. Phase 01

    Pre-Production

Confidential script and scene review. Risk assessment for nudity, simulated intimacy, and medically sensitive content. Briefings for director, producers, legal, and HODs. Costume, modesty-garment, and barrier recommendations.

  2. Phase 02

    Rehearsal & Talent Prep

Private check-ins with each performer. Consent conversations, boundary mapping, and rider review. Choreography of intimate beats with director and actors. Trauma-aware preparation, with referrals when needed.

  3. Phase 03

    On-Set Execution

Closed-set protocols. Continuous performer advocacy between takes. Real-time consent and comfort monitoring. Liaison between cast, director, AD, and legal — calm, discreet, non-escalatory.

  4. Phase 04

    Wrap & Follow-Through

Wrap-day debriefs with talent. Continuity notes for reshoots and pickups. Confidential reporting to production. Post-shoot performer support and referral pathways when appropriate.
